Delete your Jackie's List account

Jackie's List is made by Sudo Ezekiel. This page explains how to delete your Jackie's List account and the data linked to it, with or without the app.
In the app
Open Jackie's List, go to Profile and tap Delete My Account. The deletion starts as soon as you confirm.
Without the app
Email christos@sudo-ezekiel.com from the email address you sign in with (for Google sign-in, your Google account's address), with the subject “Delete my Jackie's List account”. We delete the account and the data below within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you no longer have access to that address, say so in your email and we will find another way to confirm the account is yours.
What is deleted
• Your user profile and authentication data
• Your profile photo
• All shopping lists you own and their items
• Your membership in lists others shared with you
• Your AI usage counter
What is kept
• Community templates you published, items you added to other people's lists, and feedback you sent stay unless you ask. Mention them in your email, or write to us after deleting in the app, and we delete them too.
• Usage analytics and crash reports are held by Google and aren't linked to your account. Google Analytics keeps event data for at most 14 months, and Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash reports for 90 days.
• Recipes, meal plans and pantry items are stored only on your phone. Clear the app's data or uninstall the app to remove them.
Using the app as a guest creates no account; everything stays on your phone until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
